George Trevett
George started fixing pipes in Hartford County the summer he turned nineteen and never left. What began as a single truck in 1998 is now a small, tight crew of licensed plumbers and NATE-certified heating techs — but the promise hasn't changed: pick up the phone, tell the truth, and treat every basement like it's our own.
He still runs emergency calls himself, still hand-writes the flat-rate quote before any work starts, and still answers to every neighbor he passes at the hardware store. That accountability is the whole business model.
“If I wouldn't do it in my own home, I won't do it in yours.”

Straight answers, no runaround
We charge a flat $69 diagnostic fee for non-emergency visits, and it's credited in full toward any repair you approve. For emergencies, we quote the full repair price upfront before any work begins — you approve the number before we pick up a wrench.
Every repair is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty, and installed equipment carries the full manufacturer's parts warranty (typically 5–10 years). If a repair we made fails within the warranty window, we return and fix it at no charge.
We cover Greater Hartford and the surrounding towns in Hartford County. If you're near the edge of our map, call us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you within our emergency response window rather than leaving you waiting.
Our average on-site arrival for active leaks and no-heat calls is 60–90 minutes, 24 hours a day. When you call, dispatch gives you a real arrival window and the technician's name — not a vague 'sometime today.'
Yes. We hold Connecticut master plumber license CT P-1 #0284561 and carry full liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance before any large job.
